Finally, a General Installation Meeting is held and the condominium is created. We had no cases linked to health problems since our product is durable and meets all legal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"kt-adv-heading_46f7b8-1e wp-block-kadence-advancedheading\" data-kb-block=\"kb-adv-heading_46f7b8-1e\">Technical Support Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-accordion alignnone\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-wrap kt-accordion-id_f97cc5-aa kt-accordion-has-4-panes kt-active-pane-0 kt-accordion-block kt-pane-header-alignment-left kt-accodion-icon-style-arrow kt-accodion-icon-side-right\" style=\"max-width:none\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-inner-wrap\" data-allow-multiple-open=\"true\" data-start-open=\"none\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-1 kt-pane_8661d6-d1\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\"><em>Problema Zero<\/em><\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>The tool, implemented in 2019, has a <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">metric linked to the reduction of pathological problems\/calls<\/mark><\/strong> in Technical Assistance (AST), based on a review of methods and procedures. The intention is, in the future, to eliminate AST calls, which justifies the denomination \"<em>Problema Zero<\/em>\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is an annual interdisciplinary project, formed by study groups, in which our entire technical staff participates. At the events, the groups bring <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">new proposals in the construction area<\/mark><\/strong>, for approval and validation by the <em>Problema Zero<\/em> committee, with the management and officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To monitor the evolution of<em> Problem Zero<\/em>, we created the TDI (Technical Performance Index), which tracks improvements on a quarterly basis. Up to 2022, improvements were also studied in aluminum and iron frames, subfloor, green roof, coating, and heating of swimming pools, raised flooring and landscaping. Since its inception, the program has accumulated a <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">35% improvement in construction quality<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-2 kt-pane_7c3ca1-63\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">Prevention Cell<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>Improvement implemented in 2021, this is a cell in charge of <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">monitoring all works <\/mark><\/strong>during their execution, to ensure that the improvements developed in the <em>Problema Zero<\/em> program are carried out correctly and follow the guidelines of technical procedures, in line with our <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">quality standards<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategy is to allow any deviations to be dealt with during the construction phase. The visits <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">guarantee adherence to the best practices and standards established by Even<\/mark><\/strong>. More than ninety items are checked periodically on works being carried out, including electrical, plumbing, fences, waterproofing, masonry, aluminum frames and acoustics. It is up to the Technical Support Engineer to carry out periodic visits to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">Prevent possible failures <\/mark><\/strong>that lead to future pathologies in the works;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the actions in execution resulting from the <em>Problema Zero<\/em> study groups;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feedback to engineering for <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">process improvement<\/mark><\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">Reduce technical assistance costs<\/mark><\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">Improve the performance<\/mark><\/strong> of buildings after delivery; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">customer satisfaction<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-3 kt-pane_58ace8-7c\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">Operational test<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>We carry out <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">operational tests<\/mark><\/strong>, with the aim of subjecting the most important systems in the condominium to exhaustion, before handing over to users. The resource is particularly important in systems essential to <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">building safety<\/mark><\/strong>, such as pressurization of stairs, generators, security systems, closed circuit TV, vehicle gate opening time, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-pane kt-accordion-pane kt-accordion-pane-4 kt-pane_26bb7e-05\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-header-wrap\"><button class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-header kt-acccordion-button-label-show\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title-wrap\"><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-title\">Smart Sigma<\/span><\/span><span class=\"kt-blocks-accordion-icon-trigger\"><\/span><\/button><\/div><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel kt-accordion-panel-hidden\"><div class=\"kt-accordion-panel-inner\">\n<p>It is the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">maintenance management<\/mark><\/strong> platform used for condominiums. Implemented in 2020, 13 developments delivered already have a maintenance management platform contracted, assigned to the trustee and the management body during the warranty period, at Even's expense. The tool aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide the condominium with an online platform and app to <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">record and monitor maintenance<\/mark><\/strong> according to the common areas manual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classify the degree of importance for the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">safety of the building<\/mark><\/strong> of each maintenance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly signaling <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">necessary or overdue maintenance<\/mark><\/strong> to all those responsible; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure that any maintenance that affects the safety or health of users does not go unnoticed (firefighting system, elevators, water cleaning, sewage system, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Product Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The experience of <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">over 40 years<\/mark><\/strong> in civil construction in high-end works and our financial solidity \u2013 reflecting a responsible and efficient corporate governance, with consistent financial management, together with a mature, well-structured, and recognized business model in the market \u2013 make up the main indicators of the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">quality of our products<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">annual renewal of important international certifications<\/mark><\/strong>, such as ISO 9001:2015, proves the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">efficiency of our management model<\/mark><\/strong>. To meet all these aspirations, the developments have markets, stores, gyms and other advantages, along with the best technologies aimed at thermal, lighting, acoustic and hydro-sanitary comfort, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With all these amenities, the developments become <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">hubs for the integration<\/mark><\/strong> of sports, work and even gastronomic areas, which add value to the development and even the surroundings.
