Achieving customer satisfaction through a delivered product and building a good relationship with them has a <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">positive impact<\/mark><\/strong> on their lives, providing well-being and economic gain to the owner and his neighbors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">speed and readiness of the customer relationship<\/mark><\/strong> instruments are key. All in an easy, fast, and smart way. Through the portal, the customer can experience the best Even experience long before moving. Having your needs met with excellence in all phases of the relationship with the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From financial management, such as issuing bank slips, advance payments, statements, and reports; <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">following the photos and videos of the work<\/mark><\/strong>, scheduling events, access announcements, and documents; and after receiving the keys, it is possible to <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">request technical assistance<\/mark><\/strong>, accelerating the analysis by uploading photos and videos, answering questions about the apartment, among several other functionalities in the palm of your hand. The consumption of <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">information<\/mark><\/strong> can be done <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">online<\/mark><\/strong>, facilitating the customer's life and counting on 24\/7 assistance through our automated chatbot, prepared to <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">answer the main questions<\/mark><\/strong> and, if necessary, direct them to the team responsible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To attest to the degree of <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">satisfaction of our customers<\/mark><\/strong>, we use the NPS (Net Promoter Score) metric, which measures the percentage of customers who say they are satisfied with the Technical Assistance service. The application of this research aims to map the customer experience and the positive impacts and items to be optimized. <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">At Even, the NPS has been collected since 2017<\/mark><\/strong>, and in all subsequent years, there has been an <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">increase in the indicator<\/mark><\/strong>. The collection is carried out at the main points of contact, from the sale to the 5th day of delivery of the development, as in addition to services, the customer's opinion about the product is essential for <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">constant evolution<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Company's commitment, the basis of the surveys is analyzed monthly by the Technical Assistance committee, which is responsible for holding the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">Dissatisfied Forum<\/mark><\/strong>. In it, all calls from customers who provided scores from 0 to 7 are analyzed and considered in the action plan as an opportunity for improvement and reversibility of satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery of keys, electronic signature of contracts and documents, new service channels such as WhatsApp and Chat, and an exclusive consultant throughout the financing process were some of the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">changes implemented<\/mark><\/strong> based on the results of the NPS that brought significant returns in the satisfaction assessment. From the evaluations and comments, the notes are sent to each team, responsible for reviewing the causes and working on action plans to bring an even more enchanting experience, thus making a closing loop and completing PDCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-rowlayout alignnone\"><div id=\"kt-layout-id_0a435c-fd\" class=\"kt-row-layout-inner kt-layout-id_0a435c-fd\"><div class=\"kt-row-column-wrap kt-has-2-columns kt-gutter-default kt-v-gutter-default kt-row-valign-middle kt-row-layout-left-golden kt-tab-layout-inherit kt-m-colapse-left-to-right kt-mobile-layout-row\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-column inner-column-1 kadence-column_3b7e02-f1\"><div class=\"kt-inside-inner-col\">\n<p>In 2022, a <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">prevention cell<\/mark><\/strong> was created that periodically visits the works to ensure the implementation of revisions to procedures and to reduce pathologies. The Technical Support area holds constant meetings to verify the indicators and provide the necessary feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, we deliver <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">products with better quality<\/mark><\/strong>, on time, on cost and without technical assistance problems. As a result, we had a <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">5% increase in our NPS<\/mark><\/strong> in 2022. On another basis, on the <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\">Reclame Aqui<\/mark><\/strong> website, we went from a<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-3-color\"> reputation score of 7.0 (good) to 8.6 (great)<\/mark><\/strong> that year, with more than 92% of complaints resolved.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-column inner-column-2 kadence-column_3382c2-89\"><div class=\"kt-inside-inner-col\">\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\">In addition, since 2020, the <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-kb-palette-12-color\"><strong>NPS has been the corporate non-financial goal<\/strong> <\/mark>with the <strong>greatest weight for the entire organization<\/strong>.
