Sustainability principles are followed at all stages of our business, to consolidate ESG practices. Matters focused on sustainability and initiatives within Communication are guided by clear goals and structuring policies. The developments undergo sustainability audits<\/mark><\/strong>, which, in 2022, reached an average of 95% performance<\/mark><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sustainability audit is a 1st part audit carried out by the Quality and Sustainability area every four months in all construction sites based on 04 premises: Material Control, 5S, Surroundings, and Waste Management. The score assigned by the audit is an integral part of the variable remuneration of the work team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, we reached 9 of the 10 goals<\/mark><\/strong> proposed for the year. The only thing missing was the goal of reducing the consumption of electricity and drinking water in the works, due to the large volume of works in the finishing phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This organization makes it possible to reduce waste in buildings<\/mark><\/strong>, increase the efficiency of products<\/mark><\/strong>, encourage awareness among customers, neighboring communities, and society<\/mark><\/strong>, besides involving employees with positive messages for building a better world.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our environmental indicators prove the efficiency of our efforts towards sustainable development<\/mark><\/strong>, care for the environment and respect for the community. Adopting sustainable practices is considered together with analyzing local legal requirements on the environment and technical and budgetary viability before land acquisition. In our operations, when applicable, we comply with the legislation regarding the Term of Environmental Commitment, with planting, removal, and transplantation of tree species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We carry out simulations<\/mark><\/strong> and define targets for the consumption of natural resources<\/mark><\/strong> before the start of each project, according to each stage of the work, to avoid excesses and guarantee the rational use of resources, as well as the destination of waste and management of biodiversity. local.
