Our Strategic Plan<\/mark><\/strong> brings high levels of governance and excellent socio-environmental practices throughout the operational chain, in line with ESG principles. With a horizon of 05 years, it considers the macroeconomic scenario and all the uncertainties so that it can be unfolded considering our three pillars: Product, Solidity, and Efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Targets are divided into Financial and Non-Financial<\/mark><\/strong> with specific weighting. Financial targets are associated with the volume of launches, net sales according to the age of each product, G&A and Project Monitoring, notwithstanding the reference to ROE and Net Income as important indicators to guide the financial macro targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-financial macro goals are associated with the level of employee engagement, the evolution of our NPS, brand recognition, and attributes associated with our products, such as Zero Problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 2023-2027<\/mark><\/strong> period, this Plan is based on four pillars<\/mark><\/strong> that guide the business management: macroeconomic scenario, strategic pillars, efficiency, product and solidity), purpose and vision, as shown in the table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
