We present to all stakeholders the 11th<\/sup> edition of our Annual and Sustainability Report for 2022, which covers the period from January 1st<\/sup> to December 31st<\/sup>. The report continues the proposal to engage clearly and transparently with the market and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The document complies with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)<\/mark><\/strong> Rules and considers the indicators proposed by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)<\/mark><\/strong> for Civil Construction topics without external verification. The information is also in line with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs<\/mark><\/strong>), the Carbon Disclosure Program (CDP<\/mark><\/strong>) and the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD<\/mark><\/strong>) framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This report objectively describes the actions, guidelines, policies, strategies, challenges and outlook of construction works and offices in S\u00e3o Paulo. It is also a guide for future forecasts and adjustments of our ESG journey<\/mark><\/strong>, besides reaffirming our commitment<\/mark><\/strong> to a sustainable work<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since, in 2021, the construction of the new materiality was carried out; for this edition, we carried out a one-off review to adjust and update material topics relevant to our business and ensure more consistent and relevant content for our stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wish you all a good reading and reinforce our availability for clarifications, suggestions and contributions that lead us to improve the presentation of material topics and contribute to our purpose of transforming the way people live, work and live together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
