Relationship with Stakeholders
It is part of our principles to value people and relationships with all our stakeholders – employees, customers, communities surrounding our projects, suppliers, service providers, and shareholders. It is a good practice to ensure a continuous and long-lasting dialogue with these stakeholders, including our work in favor of establishing an ESG Culture.
On our agenda, we cultivate several opportunities to strengthen engagement with these strategic audiences, such as surveys, feedback, lectures, events, contests, and meetings, aware that this proximity enhances the appreciation of the brand, our reputation and the positive image of the Company.
2022 was marked by constant evolutions in Stakeholder Engagement, there were several actions to strengthen ties with our stakeholders effectively:
Employees
We highlight as strong points the review of Futureven (learn more), several actions for engagement on ESG (learn more), and a vast amount of qualifications and training in several areas (learn more).
Customers
Aiming to increasingly improve the service and relationship with our customers, Even constantly invests in process improvements and in the digital journey at all stages of contact with the consumer. In 2022, we launched the new Customer Portal and App (learn more).
Suppliers
2022 was a year of consolidation of important partnerships with strategic suppliers, we carried out a series of technical visits to learn in loco the manufacturing processes of 04 material manufacturers (learn more).
Social Projects
We resumed our Volunteering Committee and promoted several social actions (click here to learn about our initiatives).
Innovation and Technology
Even participated in the Enredes technical group promoted by the CTE (Technological Center for Buildings) in several disciplines, and in the Canteiros Inteligentes group it promoted a technical visit to present the technological differentials used in the management of the work (learn more).
