Data Protection and Customer Privacy

Data privacy is one of the pillars of information security. Committed to ensuring the confidentiality of data from our customers, suppliers and the company, we created a dedicated team to identify opportunities to improve our systems and implement new tools that increase security levels.

As an improvement measure, the systems continue to be enhanced to comply with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD). Throughout the year, we recorded 67 requests regarding data security to remove the consent to use data, delete data, verify data, correct data and provide information on the conduct of autonomous brokers. We did not record complaints from regulatory agencies or leaks, thefts or loss of customer data during the year.

REQUESTS
