‌Even Construtora e Incorporadora S/A is a publicly held company headquartered in São Paulo (Rua Hungria, 1400, Jardim América), which has been operating in the domestic civil construction market for over 41 years. Our business is focused on building and developing residential and commercial projects, with projects in the medium, medium-high and high-income segments in strategic neighborhoods, especially in the west and south regions of São Paulo.

We are recognized as one of the largest developers and builders in the São Paulo metropolitan region, and in 2022, we delivered seven projects to the market. Our portfolio has over 4.5 million square meters built since the beginning of our operations, of which 147,008 square meters will be built in 2022, and over 250 residential and commercial projects delivered.

This performance reflects our effort to meet market demands, constantly innovate and exceed our customers' expectations. To implement these principles, our activities focus on developments in the high and very high-end segments.

The adequate service to each customer profile complements our business model, also represented by two brands – Even Vendas and Even More –, which work together, to add up to a sales force of almost two thousand independent brokers. 

Intending to meet investor requests and consolidate our sustainable and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) practices, we reported our climate change data for the first time, in 2022, to the international organization Carbon Disclosure Program (CDP), considered the main initiative of the financial segment on the mitigation of climate change. The decision proves our increasingly latent concern to show transparency with our stakeholders and endorses our proposal to move forward on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the United Nations (UN).
